Yellow Ribbon Bakery (YRB) bakes freshly made breads, loaves and confectionery for inmates and the wider community. As a Halal-certified bakery holding SFA Grade 'A' (since 2008) and HACCP certification, it supplies hospitals, restaurants, retail bakeries and government agencies, and offers customised production services. Beyond the bakes, YRB gives inmates hands-on training in professional baking and food safety — and its packaging features original artwork from the Visual Arts Hub, a Singapore Prison Service initiative. Every order supports inmates' rehabilitation and reintegration.
