Known as the ‘King of Flowers’ in Asian culture, the Peony has graced the gardens of Imperial Palaces for centuries and is regarded as a symbol of prosperity, wealth and elegance.

This sumptuous floral scent blooms with the velvety fragrance of peony petals laced with African violets, bergamot, lemon citron and jasmine with heart notes of wild rose and dewy green fern.

The Inspiration and Creation

Infused with the highest quality natural essential and sustainable fragrances and using natural coconut blend wax, TEMPLE Candles are inspired by the glamorous garden city of Singapore and romantic travels of the Far East. Our Oriental botanic scents pay homage to the island's natural tropical surroundings, evoking memories of the exotic lifestyle of island living.

Our signature 24-faceted glass candle vessels, embossed with the quatrefoil emblem - an ancient symbol of good luck - are custom designed in our Singapore studio. Inspired by both the glittering modern glass structures of Singapore's skyline and the faceted pagodas of Asia, these vessels are created not just as candles but as elegant pieces of home decor, which we encourage you to repurpose or recycle once your candle is finished.

In a nod to Singapore's rich architectural history, our signature gift boxes feature a timeless monochrome color scheme, paying tribute to the iconic 'Black and White' colonial architecture found throughout the island. Set on sprawling estates, these grand homes are symbols of the island's cultural legacy and are of great historical significance.

Each box is also adorned with a handcrafted Eternal Knot Tassel, which holds a powerful centuries-old symbolic meaning. Symbolizing good luck, longevity, and eternal love, the Eternal Knot represents an auspicious connection between two souls when gifted, making a TEMPLE candle an especially meaningful gift.

Are there any charges for delivery within Singapore and what are the options available?

    • Free for orders equal / above S$89 
    • S$5 for orders under $89
    • 3-5 Business Days 
  • Express Delivery  
    • S$8 flat fee 
    • 1-2 Business Day 
  • Same-Day/Hotel Delivery  
    • $30 flat fee 
    • Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday, items can be delivered the same day before 6pm.  
  • Restricted Zones 
    • We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, army camps and the islands around Singapore. 

 

What happens if I miss my delivery?  

3 delivery attempts will be made for your order. If we are unsuccessful in these attempts, your order will be made available for self-collection at our physical store. You will be contacted via email / mobile once your order package is in our store and ready for collection. In-store pick-up will be available only for 14 days. Arrangements for a 4th delivery attempt will be chargeable at S$5.  

 

Can I change my delivery information after I have placed my order? 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it is processed immediately. Should you require an address change, it is chargeable at S$5 (If your order has been picked up for delivery but not completed)

Exchanges & Returns

The item I purchased is not suitable, Can I do an exchange or return to get a refund?  

Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery/collection.  

To initiate an exchange, please drop by our store at 250 Orchard Road, #01-01 with your item(s) and order number. Our in-store customer service team will assist you with the process. 

 

Are there items which are not eligible for an exchange?  

These items are not eligible for exchange:   

  • Innerwear (such as underwear) and items such as jewellery, swimwear, perishables (food), beauty products and fine jewelry; 
  • Product(s) sold at marked down prices; 
  • Items without original tags, washed or worn. 

Exceptions will be made if the ordered item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.  

 

I discovered an item(s) from my order was delivered damaged / was incorrect, what can I do?  

If your ordered item(s) were delivered damaged / incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp on 9379 4725 or email at orders@dors.com.sg within 7 days from the delivery date, providing the following details: 

  • Order Number 
  • Product code of the item received 

Our customer service team will assist you with the process. 

 

Note: Should the items be unavailable for exchange, a return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase prices within 3 working days after it has been received. We do not provide cash refunds for return orders. Store Credits can be used as a payment method for online or in-store purchases.
