Shipping policy
At DORS, we work with trusted local and international partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
All orders are packed with care from our Design Orchard fulfilment hub.
Delivery within Singapore

Standard Shipping: $5 flat rate
→ Delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch -
Hotel/Same Day Delivery: $30 Flat Rate
→ Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. -
Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on orders above $89.

Self-Collection: Available at Design Orchard, 250 Orchard Road, Singapore 238905.
We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready for pickup.
Note: Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you need partial delivery, please contact our team.
International Shipping

We currently ship to selected regions via DHL Express.

Delivery time: 7 to 14 working days, depending on destination.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are borne by the recipient and may vary by country.
Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 working days for order verification and packing before dispatch.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.
Re-delivery can be arranged at an additional fee.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
For pre-order items, the estimated delivery timeline will be stated on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they’ll be shipped together once the pre-order arrives—unless you request separate shipping (additional charges may apply).
Missing or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event of a missing, incorrect, or damaged parcel, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@dors.com.sg with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
