How to Refill:

  • Tear sachet and pour into bottle
  • Fill our Perpetual Bottle with warm water up to the Pass It On logo or a foaming pump bottle with 250ml water.
  • Shake bottle gently.
  • Set aside for 20 minutes allowing powder to dissolve.
  • Press pump all the way down to enjoy luxurious foaming hand wash.

What happens if I miss my delivery?Β Β 

3 delivery attempts will be made for your order. If we are unsuccessful in these attempts, your order will be made available for self-collection at our physical store. You will be contacted via email / mobile once your order package is in our store and ready for collection. In-store pick-up will be available only for 14 days. Arrangements for a 4thΒ delivery attempt will be chargeable at S$5.Β Β

Can I change my delivery information after I have placed my order?Β 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as it is processed immediately. Should you require an address change, it is chargeable at S$5 (If your order has been picked up for delivery but not completed)Β

Exchanges & Returns

The item I purchased is not suitable, Can I do an exchange or return to get a refund?Β Β 

Items can only be exchanged within 7 days of the date of delivery/collection. Β 

To initiate an exchange, please drop by our store at 250 Orchard Road, #01-01 with your item(s) and order number. Our in-store customer service team will assist you with the process.Β

  • Innerwear (such as underwear) and items such as jewellery, swimwear, perishables (food), beauty products and fine jewelry;Β 
  • Product(s) sold at marked down prices;Β 
  • Items without original tags, washed or worn.Β 

Exceptions will be made if the ordered item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.Β Β

I discovered an item(s) from my order was delivered damaged / was incorrect, what can I do?Β Β

Note: Should the items be unavailable for exchange, a return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase prices within 3 working days after it has been received.
