Ambrette Seed Absolute (Musk seed oil) is effective for anxiety, depression, fatigue or other stress-related conditions.

Bergamot is a citrus fruit where its rind is used for extracting the bergamot essential oil. It is particularly good for relieving stress and bringing an uplifting aura to the air. One of the most common applications is adding bergamot oil in regular black tea, then given a different name – Earl Grey!

Rose essential oil promotes a sense of wellness. With a very herbaceous fragrance and woody undertones, it is an excellent brain and nerve tonic. Inhaling rosemary oil seems to lift your spirits and remove boredom immediately. It improves concentration and enhances memory.
